Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

No refunds. No cash back. Approved returns receive store credit only.
Returns must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
All returns must be requested and approved first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Final Sale: After 7 days, all sales are final. No exceptions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom, personalized, sale items, gift cards, and certain restricted goods are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

Store Credit:
Approved returns will be issued as store credit within 10 business days after inspection.
